We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect through this website

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us — for example, your name, email address, and message, if you contact us through the site or by email.

How we use that information

We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about Anchorpoint's products and services. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Data within the Site Safety platform

Organisations that use Site Safety (“customers”) submit information about their own workers, permits, requests, and safety records into the platform. In this context, Anchorpoint acts as a data processor on the customer's behalf: that information belongs to the customer organisation, is only used to provide and support the platform, and is governed by the service agreement in place with that customer. Each tenant's data is kept logically separated from other tenants.

If you are a worker, supervisor, or other user of Site Safety and have questions about information held about you, please contact your organisation's administrator in the first instance, as they control that data.

Data storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls, encrypted connections, and role-based permissions within the platform. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain website enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. Retention of data within the Site Safety platform is determined by the customer organisation, consistent with their own record-keeping and compliance obligations.

Your rights
